Application
Application is carried out on a primed surface. Before priming, dirt, grease, old loose or peeling materials must be removed and dried using mechanical or chemical methods. Sandblasting to Sa½ is recommended to clean the forming surface. The application and surface temperature must be above 10°C. In cold weather, add 2% hardener (Component B) by weight of the total paint. After applying the polyurethane primer, the paint can be applied to the wet primer system within 30 minutes. The main materials (Component A) are mixed with the hardener (Component B) in a 4:1 ratio depending on the surface thinner, using Q-thinner PUR at 15–20%. For applying the second layer, it should be applied with 10 minutes between each coat.
Pot life at 20˚C and 65% relative humidity, after adding Component B to Component A, is 1–2 hours.

Storage conditions
The polyurethane topcoat and hardener are sensitive to moisture and water. Keep them away from direct sunlight and store indoors at temperatures from +5˚C to +35˚C. The product’s warranty period is one year from the date of manufacture, provided recommended storage conditions are met and in original packaging.
